Your export is used only to build your report. Files are deleted after processing, and only the finished report is kept so you can download it again. We don't share or sell your data.
No. ERP Mover is not built to receive ITAR or EAR-controlled technical data, and our terms prohibit uploading it. The reports only need order or job number, customer (names or codes), promise or due date, ship date and quantity. Please remove part descriptions, drawing numbers, specs and any program or technical details before you upload. If you're not sure whether a field is controlled, check with your export-control officer first. If controlled data reaches us by mistake, tell us and we'll delete it.
No. You export a file the way you already do and upload it. Nothing touches your ERP.
You choose. Measure against promise date or customer request date, set a grace window (early and late), and count by order line or by quantity. Partial shipments are handled the way your customer's scorecard counts them. Settings are saved, so the number means the same thing every week.
We're in early access. For the first group of shops, you send your export and get the pack back by email within one business day while the self-serve upload is finished. Your feedback decides what gets built next.
