Nothing leaves your computer. ShopPane reads the file inside your web browser, shows your dashboard, and forgets the rows when you close the page. We never receive it. It only uses scheduling, quantity, date and value columns. Description, notes, routing and spec columns are never offered.
ShopPane reads your export inside your own web browser. Your file is never uploaded, so it never reaches us or anyone else. The dashboard only uses scheduling, purchasing and inventory fields like order and PO numbers, dates, quantities and values. Description, notes, routing and spec columns are never offered for mapping, and unused columns are dropped right after you map them. Please still keep drawings, specs and technical details out of the file you load, and check with your export-control officer if you're unsure about a field. ShopPane doesn't make you “ITAR compliant”; how you handle controlled data stays your responsibility, and we never receive it.

You choose. Measure against promise date or customer request date, set a grace window (early and late), and count by order line or by quantity. Partial shipments are handled the way your customer's scorecard counts them. Settings are saved, so the number means the same thing every week.
